Hey friends –
As some of you know, I have a side project called Kuppy. It’s a rad little minimalist drying rack business that truly has changed the way I dry and clean my reusable water bottles.
Anyway, we recently became members of 1% for the Planet, so I wrote up a little press release for it. Here is it 👇
Kuppy is thrilled to be an official partner of 1% For The Planet.
Why are we thrilled and what the heck is 1% For The Planet?
Great questions! Let’s break it down for you.
First off, Kevin, Brian, and Alex all really love the planet. And we mean really love the planet. It’s the only home we have and we want to treat it well.
The Earth needs to be taken care of and preserved.
We aren’t just wasteful consumers that use and move on. We are thriving to create a better world wherever we can in our lives.
Not only was Kuppy created as a way to enhance the cleaning of your reusable drinkware (cough – stop using single use drinkware – cough), but as a product that could help do good with the environment.
When looking at charitable organizations to partner with, 1% for the Planet was a no-brainer.
What is 1% For The Planet?
1% for the Planet represents a global network of businesses, individuals and nonprofit organizations tackling our planet’s most pressing environmental issues.
Companies involved in 1% for the Planet all commit to donating 1% of all money earned to a charitable organization that is helping to build a better planet.
As a side note, 1% was also founded by Yvon Chouinard. You might know him as the founder of Patagonia. And that’s pretty awesome.
What does this mean for you?
By us doing good, you can do good too without having to do any major lifting. When you buy, or gift, a Kuppy, you’re doing good. You buy a Kuppy, 1% of the money earned by Kuppy goes to eco-friendly charitable organizations.
You do good, we do good, the Earth get’s good.
It’s good all around.
Kuppy is the ultimate minimalist drying rack founded by 3 friends that care about the planet and living a better life.
You should get a Kuppy, three, or twelve today for your home and for your friends’ homes.
Let’s drink better, do better, and be better. Let’s keep the goods protected.
